We’re looking for volunteers to offer practical and emotional support to patients in their own homes
What you’ll be doing: • Visiting patients at home to offer companionship and conversation • Helping with light practical tasks — making a cuppa, running errands, or just sitting quietly • Supporting families and carers with your presence and empathy • Being a gentle, caring part of someone’s day

What are we looking for? No clinical experience needed — just warmth, reliability, and a willingness to help. We’ll give you full training and ongoing support so you feel confident and valued. For this role you will need access to your own transport as our patients can be spread across a relatively wide area and may live in places that are difficult to get to by public transport
