Dacorum Community Dance

Reliable volunteer with admin experience to support our small dance charity to help with admin tasks

Detailed Description

You’ll provide flexible administrative support for around 5 hours per week. Tasks can include: Assisting with class registrations Responding to general email enquiries Recording and processing invoices Counting and banking cash donations and class payments Taking notes at Board meetings Attend online Zoom or Teams meetings Supporting general admin tasks as needed

Why these skills are required

General admin skills including proficient use of Microsoft Word package including Excel. Cash handling and invoice reconciliation experience is desirable Note taking Ability to work independently and on your own initiative as well as being part of a supportive team
