What you will be doing: You’ll be working during our opening hours (we currently need volunteers on a Mon and Tues morning), working alongside our Foodbank staff and experienced volunteers to… • Answer the door to visitors coming to collect food parcels • Help to make sure people get the items they need • Record the details of their visit and the items issued • Ad hoc admin tasks as and when required • Greeting and thanking our supporters as they donate food What you will gain: • A sense of purpose and pride in helping your community. • New friendships and a supportive environment.

Willing to undertake a standard DBS check Attention to detail to accurately give out items and record information Reliable and able to commit to a few hours each week on a Mon or Tues morning Able to work both individually and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills
