Dance Project Assistant Volunteer - Berkhamsted
Dacorum Community Dance
We are currently looking for a volunteer to help support our new Care to Dance project in Berkhamsted. After dancing we have tea and coffee and we are looking for someone ideally from Berkhamsted who could help support set up and clear away and can make drinks for our participants at the end of the class. You would be welcome to join in too!
Dacorum Community Dance offers creative and caring dance sessions to older people in the community and those in sheltered housing schemes in the area. We are a creative and caring community dance group for older adults, enhancing lives through dance. The sessions are sociable, active, imaginative & fun, & help older adults lead happy, healthy lives. We are currently looking for a volunteer to help support our new Care to Dance project in Berkhamsted which is aimed at adults living with dementia and their care givers. After dancing we have tea and coffee and we are looking for someone ideally from Berkhamsted who could help support set up and clear away and can make drinks for our participants at the end of the class. You would be welcome to join in too! Sessions are running at the Civic Centre in Berkhamsted on Wednesdays school term time only from 1.30 pm to 2.30pm.
