Dacorum Patients Group
Dacorum Patients group are looking to increase their membership numbers. Members attend monthly on-line meetings, with the option of face to face meetings. You will work collaboratively with other members of the group, discussing a variety of topics, sharing your experiences of health and social care, and feeding back to the Herts and West Essex Integrated Care Board and Hertfordshire County Council.
Dacorum Patients Group aims to improve peoples experiences and outcomes of health and social care in Dacorum. This is done by people such as you bringing their own lived experiences of health and social care services and sharing them with the health and social care system to improve outcomes for all. Members attend monthly on-line meetings, with the option of face to face meetings. You will work collaboratively with other members of the group, discussing a variety of topics, and feeding back to the Herts and West Essex Integrated Care Board and Hertfordshire County Council. Dacorum Patients group are looking to increase their membership numbers. The role is open to everyone over the age of 18, however, we value the opinions of those under 18, who are welcome to attend as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
