Carers in Hertfordshire is a charity supporting unpaid carers. In this role, you will be working from your own home. You will be provided with a mobile phone to make calls to carers. You will need to have access to a private space to carry out this role, and also access to a device to edit word and excel documents.
Carers in Hertfordshire is a charity supporting unpaid carers. In this role, you will be working from your own home. You will be provided with a mobile phone to make calls to carers. You will need to have access to a private space to carry out this role, and also access to a device to edit word and excel documents. Calls take place between 5.30pm and 7.30pm weekly on a Wednesday. Approximately 5 - 10 calls are to be made during these hours. Some calls will be very short, but others may last up to 30 minutes,

Basic computer skills Good communication skills and the ability to motivate yourself Good telephone manner Non judgemental about what you are told by carers Able to capture and record information accurately on a laptop or similar Emotional resilience
