Detailed Description

Could you use your admin and IT skills to support our busy Training and Development team? Community Action Dacorum is the local leader in the provision and coordination of high quality, good value, community services, to the people of Dacorum and beyond, addressing identified social needs in the areas of Community, Employability and Wellbeing. Our Training and Development team provide tailored courses to suit the diverse needs of our community from entry-level confidence building courses such as: Life in the UK, ESOL for beginners & intermediate, ESOL for Work, driving theory. Employability strands such as: Job seeking in the UK / Pathways to Employment Sector tasters such as: Introduction to working in the warehouse & logistics / care / hospitality sectors. We’re looking for a friendly, detail focused person to help keep our course administration up to date including logging learners details onto our systems, keeping learners informed over course dates, chasing up attendance, sending out course packs to our Tutors, ensuring exit questionnaires are completed and logged properly etc.
